We package items carefully so they will arrive to you safe and sound. However, if your items are damaged due to poor packaging we will replace them for you if you email us with your order number and a photo of the damage. On occasion, despite packaging, shipping services can really mangle items in transit.
If you provide a wrong shipping address and items are returned, you will have to re-pay shipping costs to re-ship your order. If items are not returned, Hoff Goods is not responsible to replace your items.
